GuestFinder is www.GuestFinder.com, a Web-based service
designed to make it easy for people who work in the media to find guests
and interview sources. It also provides an inexpensive way for talented
professionals to announce their availability as media guests. It has been
online since September, 1996.
- Guests
pay an annual fee ($249) to be listed with GuestFinder. In exchange
for an interview, guests wish to be mentioned as a source for any news
article or story to which they contributed.
- Authors
would like to be introduced or otherwise identified as the author of
their respective books.
- Originally,
we have focused on promoting GuestFinder to radio hosts and producers.
That continues, but we also promote it to TV stations, print media,
and Internet blogs as well.
- Does
GuestFinder list everyone who applies? No. Every effort is made to list
guests who can provide an audience with interesting, informative, and
accurate information.
- Authors
who are promoting books should have an ISBN number for their book, and
that book should be easily available for order.
Opinions expressed by listed guests do not necessarily represent those
of GuestFinder owners or management.
- Guests
generally do not do college radio or college newspaper interviews.
- The parent

was created by Lorilyn Bailey, author and publisher of The Original
LOVERS' QUESTIONNAIRE Book and The Little Book of Online Romance.
In addition to her work as an author and publisher, Ms. Bailey is also
an instructional designer. Shehas experience as a PBS writer/features
producer, and her educational background is in Communications/Journalism
and Instructional Technology.
- GuestFinder
will delete any listing from the directory and withhold the listing
fee if the person has misrepresented himself or herself in any way or
if he or she does not act reasonably as an interview subject. If you
